This technique disrupts your usual pattern of behaviour, altering your behaviour response and mental and emotional state. Interupting the pattern enables the breaking down of habitual behaviour.
Anchoring Positive Emotional States
The Anchoring technique enables you to create and access desired emotional states on demand. By associating a specific physical trigger with a particular emotional state, this technique enables you to bring forward feelings of confidence, calmness, motivation, or any other positive state whenever needed.
Collapsing Negative Emotional States
The Collapsing Anchors technique enables you to take a negative state associated with a specific triggering event and collapse it into a stronger positive state, overpowering the negative state and allowing the positive state to be accessed in similar future events.
Belief Change
The NLP Belief Change technique utilises the way we encode our beliefs with imagery, sounds, feelings, and internal dialogue. Using this technique, we can identify the encoding patterns of negative, neutral and positive beliefs, and can apply these patterns to alter the impact of the belief. This technique is particularly useful for releasing the hold that a specific substance, or activity has over you by encoding it with the undesirable negative pattern of representation.
